Get Into the Body

How to Get Out of Your Head & Into Your Body is an experiential workshop designed to help participants move from anxious, overactive thinking into a grounded, present, and emotionally regulated state. Through the lens of Science of Mind principles, mindfulness, and mind-body-spirit awareness, participants will explore practical tools to connect with themselves mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Participants will learn how thoughts, emotions, sensations, and spiritual connection shape their inner world and how to consciously shift into a state of peace, intuition, and self-trust. Students will:
* Learn how to get into the body:
- – Mentally (hearing & working with the inner voice)
- – Emotionally (feeling & identifying sensations)
- – Physically (body awareness & care)
- – Spiritually (connecting with Higher Self)
* Understand the connection between anxiety, overthinking, and being “out of the body.”
* Increase emotional literacy by labeling sensations and emotions to boost regulation.
* Practice breathwork, mindful awareness, and grounding techniques for each of the four levels.
* Strengthen self-trust and intuition by creating space for the inner voice and spiritual connection.
