African Drumming Circle

Back by popular demand: The first Sunday of each month Pacific Coast and Dez Glover will be hosting an African Drumming Circle! The magic of a drum circle lies in its ability to awaken instant community, emotional release and stress reduction through synchronized rhythm, fostering a collective, non-verbal connection known as ENTRAINMENT! It acts as a refresh button for the soul, allowing people of all skill levels to connect to a shared, primal energy that strengthens bonds, boosts confidence, and promotes health! All Adults can participate, regardless of musical skill, making it a universal tool for expression!
If you have a drum, please bring it and/or any percussion instruments to play and share! Bring Water, Sweat Towels, Comfortable Clothing & Open Minds/Willingness to Dance & Experience.
Dez will provide all level instructions, so beginners and experienced drummers are welcome. $10 suggested donation, our center is trying to go cashless, therefore, a QR code will be available to scan the day of the Drumming Circle and no one will be turned away.
