Through a powerful guided meditation and sound bath performance with gongs, you will be invited to align with the seasonal shift, embracing the many gifts of spring—renewed energy, creativity, and inner harmony. The deep vibrations of the gongs will guide you into a meditative state, allowing you to release stagnation, restore balance, and awaken to the vitality of the season.
