It is the study of people. The Enneagram teaches us to pay attention to our patterns\, recognize our shadows and strengths\, and see our POV as exactly that – a view from a point\, and that there are other ways to view pretty much anything. \n\n\n\nIt is worth noting that the Enneagram is not about showing you what you already know about yourself. It is about showing you what you DON’T KNOW about yourself. Fascinating\, no? \n\n\n\n It is an extraordinary tool\, and has helped me tremendously by transforming the way I understand\, have compassion for\, and show up and participate in life. \n\n\n\nCome curious. Leave with insight. \n\n\n\nAbout The Instructor\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAnn Wellman is the founder and Artistic Director of the Long Beach Community Theater\, where she produces and hosts Speak. Easy. – a monthly night of storytelling and community conversation. Building up community by combating loneliness and helping others to share their stories creatively has been the focus of her life’s work. She is a Russ Hudson Certified Enneagram Teacher who earned “Distinguished Honors” in the Year-Long Enneagram Certification in Conscious Living. She was then hired as a small-group facilitator for this course. She is also an Enneagram Coach certified by Dr. Ginger Lapid Bogda and a CAC Certified Spiritual Life Coach\, having worked in Women’s Ministry for ten years.  Ann has been teaching one way or another since 1997. DESCRIPTION:How to Get Out of Your Head & Into Your Body is an experiential workshop designed to help participants move from anxious\, overactive thinking into a grounded\, present\, and emotionally regulated state. Through the lens of Science of Mind principles\, mindfulness\, and mind-body-spirit awareness\, participants will explore practical tools to connect with themselves mentally\, emotionally\, physically\, and spiritually. Participants will learn how thoughts\, emotions\, sensations\, and spiritual connection shape their inner world and how to consciously shift into a state of peace\, intuition\, and self-trust. Students will:  \n\n\n\n* Learn how to get into the body: \n\n\n\n\n– Mentally (hearing & working with the inner voice)\n\n\n\n– Emotionally (feeling & identifying sensations)\n\n\n\n– Physically (body awareness & care)\n\n\n\n– Spiritually (connecting with Higher Self)\n\n\n\n\n* Understand the connection between anxiety\, overthinking\, and being “out of the body.” \n\n\n\n* Increase emotional literacy by labeling sensations and emotions to boost regulation. \n\n\n\n* Practice breathwork\, mindful awareness\, and grounding techniques for each of the four levels. \n\n\n\n* Strengthen self-trust and intuition by creating space for the inner voice and spiritual connection. \n\n\n\nBio:\n\n\n\nDr. Erin Lightfoot is a Holistic Wellness & Attachment Guide who helps anxiety-prone helpers\, healers\, empaths\, and energetically sensitive people learn how to get out of their head and into their body – so they can become securely attached\, emotionally regulated\, and relationally effective leaders.
