DESCRIPTION:The magic of a drum circle lies in its ability to foster instant community\, emotional release and stress reduction through synchronized rhythm\, creating a collective\, non-verbal connection known as ENTRAINMENT!   \n\n\n\nIt acts as a refresh button for the soul\, allowing people of all skill levels to connect to a shared\, primal energy that strengthens bonds\, boosts confidence\, and promotes health! \n\n\n\nAll adults can participate\, regardless of musical skill\, making it a universal tool for expression! \n\n\n\nIf you have a drum\, please bring it and/or any percussion instruments to play and share!  \n\n\n\nBring water\, sweat towels\, comfortable clothing and an open mind and a willingness to dance and feel the experience. \n\n\n\nOur own Dez Glover will lead the drumming circle and will provide all level instructions\, so beginners and experienced drummers are welcome!
