DESCRIPTION:A course designed around healing the effects of the shadow through the application of Science of Mind Principles and Mindshift. \n\n\n\nMindshift seeps into places where nothing else can.The spoken word moves out of the way whatever is in the way.Through spiritual practice you will open the space of possibility. \n\n\n\nThe course is 10 hours long\, and will provide suggested practices to build your understanding. It is powerful\, deep\, and comprehensive. The course happens over 2 Thursday evenings and six-hours on a scheduled Saturday. \n\n\n\nShadow work is all about learning how to identify those emotional triggers\, while you learn to turn inward – where they actually reside – cease judging them – and invite them back into the fold of who you are – INTEGRATION. \n\n\n\nOur desire for you on this journey is that you begin to see how easy it is to feel something\, see something\, and heal something with ease and grace. \n\n\n\nSo\, join us on this journey. Together\, we begin our Shadow Work with joy in our hearts\, curiosity in our minds\, and a bounty of self-love. Let’s go together\, for in community\, all things are made easier. \n\n\n\nClass Dates:  \n\n\n\n\nThurs 5/7: 6 -8 PM\n\n\n\nSat 5/9: 10 AM – 1 PM & 2 -5 PM (1 hour lunch break)\n\n\n\nThurs 5/14: 6-8 PM\n\n\n\n\nCost:  \n\n\n\n\n$199 Earlybird\n\n\n\n$220 by 5/3/2026\n\n\n\n\nAll Classes will be held on Zoom. To register\, click the “Register” link below: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRefund Policy\n\n\n\nFor classes and workshops\, each participant is eligible for one refund and one class credit within a roving year (12 months from the original enrollment). Refunded classes will incur a 15% processing fee. Beyond these allowances\, additional refunds or credits will not be available until a new roving year begins. \n\n\n\nSpecial events are non-refundable. These events\, featuring special guest teachers or special programming are final sale.
