DESCRIPTION:Back by popular demand: The first Sunday of each month Pacific Coast and Dez Glover will be hosting an African Drumming Circle! The magic of a drum circle lies in its ability to awaken instant community\, emotional release and stress reduction through synchronized rhythm\, fostering a collective\, non-verbal connection known as ENTRAINMENT!  It acts as a refresh button for the soul\, allowing people of all skill levels to connect to a shared\, primal energy that strengthens bonds\, boosts confidence\, and promotes health! All Adults can participate\, regardless of musical skill\, making it a universal tool for expression!​ \n\n\n\nIf you have a drum\, please bring it and/or any percussion instruments to play and share! Bring Water\, Sweat Towels\, Comfortable Clothing & Open Minds/Willingness to Dance & Experience.​ \n\n\n\nDez will provide all level instructions\, so beginners and experienced drummers are welcome. $10 suggested donation\, our center is trying to go cashless\, therefore\, a QR code will be available to scan the day of the Drumming Circle and no one will be turned away.​ \n\n\n\n​
