We will begin with guided reflection on 2025—honoring what has shaped us\, acknowledging what is ready to be released\, and create a brief visual timeline commemorate and bring to closure to the prior year. \n\n\n\nThrough gentle somatic practices such as breath\, guided awareness\, and grounding\, participants will be supported in releasing stored emotional and energetic residue from the past year and clarifying what we want to carry forward. From this embodied space\, we will create two intuitive paintings of hands: \n\n\n\n\nOne hand representing what we are letting go of\n\n\n\nOne hand representing what we are holding onto and nurturing\n\n\n\n\nNo prior painting experience is needed. This is not about artistic perfection\, but about expression and presence\, through the body and creative process. DESCRIPTION:At 4:00am Tuesday morning\, December 31\, Pacific Coast CSL will join millions around the world in the most comprehensive prayer and meditative activity in history. At that very moment (noon Greenwich time – UK)\, we will join others in a planetary affirmation of peace\, love\, forgiveness and understanding involving millions of individuals in this simultaneous global mind link…bridging perceived differences and dissolving any sense of separation\, acknowledging Oneness\, and focusing our combined thought energy on Peace\, Unity and Wellness. \n\n\n\nOur Center’s doors will open at 3:15am and we will commence at 4:00am sharp.
