DESCRIPTION:Anyone having anxiety lately?  As a part of our new Spiritual Practices 101 Series\, join Reverend Veronica and Dr. Erin on a three week journey navigating these feelings of angst\, the rapid thoughts\, and the overwhelming feelings that many have expressed. This class will teach how to become aware of the early signs of anxiety to intervene sooner with easy\, simple practices. It will explore various tools to help our mind and body return to peace and calmness.  We will also learn how to love and have compassion for the one who is feeling anxious.   \n\n\n\nCost is $99 and no one will be turned away.
