DESCRIPTION:Conflict in relationships is normal\, and happens all around us\, between individuals and in groups\, within families\, between neighbors\, and in community organizations and businesses. While we cannot prevent conflict\, we can improve the ways that we handle it. \n\n\n\nThis course is suited for anyone interested in gaining insight and practice in understanding and reducing conflict. Participants will gain a greater understanding of how conflict works\, why it happens\, and practical skills and steps we can use to address conflict using an informative\, interactive\, and fun process.
