DESCRIPTION:The Circle invites you to kick-off the new year with a powerful meditative breathwork session lead by Zaire Black. \n\n\n\nTake a journey within and activate a heightened sense of awareness. Zaire creates a safe container for somatic connection and releasing limiting beliefs via the power of breathwork. His sessions incorporate essential oils\, music\, sound tools and positive affirmations. \n\n\n\nThis is Zaire’s second time at The Circle. His breathwork sessions are a powerful practice that involves conscious control of breathing patterns to promote physical\, emotional\, and mental well-being.
